Turn around is currently 5-7 business days and all items are shipped by UPS. You will be provided with tracking information once your order ships.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Items that are damaged in transit can either be remade or refunded WITH return of the damaged item - NO exceptions. Damage from misuse will not be covered.
